General Policies
The following policies have been developed in good faith. I am a home-based business with all products coming from a smoke-free household.
Pricing
All prices are shown in Australian Dollars ($) and includes 10% GST for Australian residents.
Payment Methods
· Online Payments - via Website
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Orders or PayPal for orders placed online. To ensure your privacy we will never retain your credit card details once a transaction has been finalised. This means that you will need to provide your credit card details each time you make a purchase. The secure shopping system incorporates industry standard SSL 3.0 data encryption at 128 bit using the internationally trusted Comodo certificates. The secure server that performs the processing of the payment is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the payment process.
· Home Classes
Payment for products ordered through home classes can be made via cash, direct deposit, Paypal, money order or cheque.
Delivery Time
Once the payment for an order has been received/cleared the order will be collated and packaged ready for delivery. I am still accumulating stock so do not have all products listed at home and some items I order in as they are sold to ensure “freshness”. For items which are listed, but not in stock, or not available from my wholesalers in an acceptable time period, you will be contacted to be advised of probable delivery time. Most orders should be dispatched within 1-4 days.
It has been my experience that packages being posted to the Eastern States can take 5-10 working days. Unfortunately this is out of my control. Express Post to the Eastern States is usually about 3 working days.
International Customers
Please ensure that you have read the postage charges correctly as additional charges will apply to the final total given to you at checkout.
Special Offers
Through different networks I offer special offers to enhance your interaction with my business – you could call them bribes J.
Please note the following to avoid disappointment:
· Usually there is an order minimum which must be met to receive the special offer.
· If there has been a code given for a discount or products then this needs to be entered at checkout. It will not be automatically added as there are different offers given through my networks on my Blog, Newsletter, Google, Twitter, Facebook and print advertising.

Returns/Refunds
Returns - Defective
If any product arrives defective please notify me via email within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will be required to send back the item if it is genuinely defective and depending on your choice, you will receive either a replacement or credit for the item and the postage.
Returns – Change of Mind
To ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase I will happily organise credit for any product (not including postage) which is not suitable as long as it is still in its original packaging. Please notify me by email within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will organise a credit. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and I must receive the product within 21 days.

Cheshire’s Creations is committed to the new Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information.
The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). This document describes Cheshire’s Creations Privacy Policy.

We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold will depend upon the products and services you request from us and may include:

Generally we will only use and disclose your personal information:

· To provide the products and services you have requested from Cheshire’s Creations.
· To administer and manage those products and services.
· To answer your inquiry.
· For direct marketing by email, specials on products or services you have shown interest in via subscribing to the newsletter.
If we contact you in this way without obtaining your prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing communications. If you at any time receive any communication from Cheshire’s Creations which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list.
Access to your personal information
In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that Cheshire’s Creations holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.
Security
Cheshire’s Creations will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.
The Internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, Cheshire’s Creations cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorized access or use of that information
