The following policies have been developed in good faith.  I am a home-based business with all products coming from a smoke-free household.

 Voucher Codes

If you are in possession of a voucher code, this needs to be entered on checkout at Step 3.  Only ONE voucher code can be entered on checkout.

 
Pricing

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars ($) and includes 10% GST.  International customers will not be charged GST.

• Online Payments - via Website

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Orders or payment made through PayPal for orders placed online.  To ensure your privacy we will never retain your credit card details once a transaction has been finalised. This means that you will need to provide your credit card details each time you make a purchase.  The secure shopping system incorporates industry standard SSL 3.0 data encryption at 128 bit using the internationally trusted Comodo certificates.  The secure server that performs the processing of the payment is protected by the latest in hardware firewall technology. This ensures your private information is kept private throughout the payment process.

• Home Classes

Payment for products ordered through home classes can be made via cash, paypal, direct deposit or cheque.  Please note that some product brands are not available for purchase through home classes.

• Private Arrangements

It is possible to make payment to me privately via direct bank deposit and cheque without utilising my website.  You may place your order by emailing me the products that you wish to purchase

Delivery Time

Once the payment for an order has been received/cleared the order will be collated and packaged ready for delivery.  I am still accumulating stock so do not have all products listed at home.  For items which are listed, but not in stock, or not available from my wholesalers in an acceptable time period, you will be contacted to be advised of probable delivery time.  Most orders should be dispatched within 1-4 days.  I have been advised by Australia Post that it may take 5-12 working days for registered parcels to reach Eastern States Post Offices.  If you have not received your order in 2 weeks - PLEASE CONTACT ME

 
 
International Customers

Please ensure that you have read the postage charges correctly as additional charges will apply to the final total given to you at checkout.

 Returns/Refunds

Returns - Defective

If any product arrives defective please notify me within 48 hours of receiving the product.  You will be required to send back the item if it is genuinely defective and depending on your choice, you will receive either a refund or credit for the item and the postage, or the item will be replaced and a credit made for the cost of postage.

Returns – Change of Mind

To ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase I will happily organise credit for any product (not including postage) which is not suitable as long as it is still in its original packaging.  Please notify me within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will organise a credit.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and I must receive the product within 21 days. 

Method of Refunds

Cheshire’s Creations will refund to your credit card.  For orders placed via direct deposit or cheque, we can either refund into your bank account (provided the information is given) or post a cheque

How to Make a Return

All we ask is that you print and fill in the Returns Form (which will be emailed once you have made contact), and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt.

Privacy Statement

Cheshire’s Creations is committed to the new Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information.

The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs). This document describes Cheshire’s Creations Privacy Policy.

The information we collect

We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold will depend upon the products and services you request from us and may include:

• Information you provide us when you purchase goods or services. This information will include your name, address and contact details.
• Information derived from communications between us and you.

The use of the facilities and services available through our website will determine the amount and type of information we collect. The only personal information we collect when you use our website is what you tell us about yourself, for example, by completing an online form when you request product information, or when you send us email we will record your mail address.

We use the information we collect for the purpose disclosed at the time of collection or otherwise as set out in this Privacy Statement. We will not use your personal information for any other purpose without first seeking your consent, unless authorized or required by law. Generally we will only use and disclose your personal information:

• To establish and maintain your relationship as a customer of Cheshire’s Creations.
• To provide the products and services you have requested from Cheshire’s Creations.
• To administer and manage those products and services.
• To answer your inquiry.
• For direct marketing by email, specials on products or services you have shown interest in via subscribing to the newsletter.

If we contact you in this way without obtaining your prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further marketing communications. If you at any time receive any communication from Cheshire’s Creations which you would not like to receive, please contact us and we will remove your name from our mailing list.

Access to your personal information

In most cases, you can gain access to the personal information that Cheshire’s Creations holds about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to check or amend your contact details, please contact us. We will deal with all requests for access to personal information as quickly as possible.

Security

Cheshire’s Creations will take reasonable steps to keep secure any personal information which we hold and to keep this information accurate and up to date. Personal information is stored in a secure server or secure files.

The Internet is not always a secure method of transmitting information. Accordingly, Cheshire’s Creations cannot accept responsibility for the security of information you send to, or receive from us over the Internet or for any unauthorized access or use of that information

Changes to this Privacy Policy

It may be necessary for us to review and revise our Privacy Policy from time to time. An amended version will be posted on our website at www.stampsandcraft.com. We suggest that you visit our website regularly to keep up to date with any changes.
